The Quest

Raahgeer exists and is living with a vision of giving back to the society and help in nation building. We have realized that focus of studies and training in India is only on technical aspects of the trade. The more pertinent cognitive skills and values like emotional intelligence, integrity, stress management, relationship management, life and career balancing and teamwork do not exist in school or corporate training curriculum. The second observation has been on myriad of consultation firms and career management gurus who charge hefty amounts from the parents without giving any substantial returns to the students.

We have therefore decided to help millions of students who need cognitive skills to progress further in life, are suffering from fear and anxiety on account of recurrent exams, complex and myriad career options and the biggest of all - lack of belief in themselves. He has embarked on a mission to help thousands of corporates to live better and meaningful lives by looking beyond materialistic pursuits.

Serving at the United Nations, our founder during his visits across the globe found that most of the developed nations have formal and informal mechanisms to link the knowledge with society. While in India there is abundance of wisdom including treatise of Vedas, a system of disseminating the knowledge to society does not exist.

We have thousands of corporate and spiritual gurus, self-help groups, economists, environmentalists, philanthropists, personality developers, career consultants and defence experts who are ready to provide their services for a fee, however, there is no easily accessible open platform to connect them with society. Our founder realized that till the time there is seamless integration of knowledge in India between the seekers and givers, the twin goals of Skill India and Made in India which are cornerstone of our Prime Minister’s agenda, cannot be fulfilled.

While some elite groups of speakers do exist in India, they have been formed in elite Luytens setup and are too unaffordable and inaccessible for millions of schools, colleges, small scale enterprises or startups. These groups serve only the elite of the society and are not more than a mirage for mid and small towns of India which are going to lead a new India to the global stage. Our founder believes that the knowledge, behavioral and technical skills need to be passed to mid and small towns of India to make our students, collegians and workers more productive, effective and content.
