D.Ed. course is technically an elementary teacher training course. Diploma in Education is similar to D.El.Ed. (Diploma in Elementary Education), JBT, D.T.Ed. (Diploma in Teachers Education) and ETT (Elementary Teacher Training) courses. D.Ed., JBT, D.El.Ed., D.T.Ed. and ETT courses have similar syllabus and course structure. Eligibility
The minimum qualification to apply for it is a pass with 50% in 10+2 with science or arts group. The aspirants are required to have an aggregate of 50% in some institutions.
